Location From the South: Take I-95 N to 495 N (Me. turnpike) to Exit 11 (Gray) follow Rt. 26 (20 miles) to Oxford. Carter's X-C Center will be on the left. From the North: Take 495 S (Me. turnpike) S to Exit 12 (Auburn) about 5 miles take Rt. 121 (Rt. 11) to Rt. 26 which is about 10 miles. Take a left and Carters is 200 yards on the right. |

The
Welchville Inn Bed and Breakfast is perfect for a casual, relaxed
lodging experience in Oxford, Maine. The Inn consists of a recently
renovated barn adjoining our circa 1820 restored farm house. Also
located here is Carter's Farm Market, open year-round and family
run. All rooms include the use of the Lounge area. We have a two
room suite, ideal for families or those preferring more privacy.
We have a modern sauna available for use. Including in lodging is
a complete breakfast and trail pass. Pass are good at either Carter's
locations.
